Naomi Fast, 2010-2011 VP Programs

Naomi is an Assistant Professor in the Botany Department at the University of British Columbia, where she is also a member of the Biodiversity Research Centre and the Centre for Microbial Diversity and Evolution. Her research focuses on cellular evolution, understanding what effects genome reduction has had on the complex cellular machinery of unicellular eukaryotes.
