Julia White, 2010-2011 Director

Julia a seasoned communications professional with experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently she is the Communications Officer for Genome British Columbia, a non-profit research organization based in Vancouver. Prior to joining Genome BC, she was the Marketing and Events Manager for the Office of Community Affairs at The University of British Columbia. Julia is a current Professional member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Julia is a life-long learner currently studying communications and Spanish. In her spare time she volunteers with SCWIST, IABC/BC chapter events, travels and plays golf as much as possible.
