Why Become a SCWIST Member?
As a member of SCWIST, you will join a community of diverse and dynamic women who are lovers of science and technology. Our website, regular newsletters and email correspondence will keep you informed of opportunities to volunteer, network and engage in professional development. You will have opportunities, to volunteer, to lead and to learn.
SCWIST’s membership benefits include:
Education & Professional Development
•Develop skills (e.g. career management, financial planning) through regular workshops and professional development resources.

Volunteerism & Leadership
•Participate in our two signature programs: Immigrating Women in Science (IWIS) and ms. infinity (a program to encourage girls)
•Acquire leadership experience by joining our expert volunteer program.
Membership Fees:
Sustaining membership*: $100/year
Professional membership: $60/year
Student/Retired/Unemployed membership: $20/year
