IWIS Successfully Communicating Your Value in Career Search - November 4, 2010

Posted Sep 28, 2010 by coordinator |  Category:Events

Winning the position you want is often as much a factor of how well you communicate your value (and believe in it), as it is your education and experience.

How well you manage this communication is impacted by how well you understand what they are looking for and your ability to make your knowledge and experience transferable.

We will cover the career planning and job search process and focus on how to ensure that you are able to communicate your value effectively, by participating in a short practical exercise (bring a pen and paper) to set you on your way.

When: Nov 4, 5:30pm to 8:30pm, (presentation from 6 to 7:30pm, networking after with some snacks)

Cost: Suggested donation: $2.

Where: ISSofBC Head Office – Terminal Street, Vancouver, #612 – 333 Terminal Avenue.

Sorry, registration is now full
