This workshop may help you. Please join us to learn more about the practice and theory of Mindfulness. Marian Smith, MA, RCC has been teaching Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for the last 12 years. She will be talking about the physical and mental health benefits of practicing mindfulness meditation and being more present for our lives. The evening will include experiential practice and discussion.
