Back to PostsClose to 50 people including new and existing members and founders attended the SCWIST AGM on June 18. It was a night of sharing as Rosine, our past President, started off the night and warmly welcomed our guests. Fariba, our President, shared highlights from the past year followed by each of the director shared their achievements and plans for next year. Dr. Maria Issa shared some tears of joy when she was inducted as a honourary member of the society. Cheryl and Flo, project coordinator and IT program developer of the SCWIST Make Possible Mentoring Network, revealed the highly anticipated prototype. Lastly everyone got to share their experience with SCWIST and their passion over some delectable dessert.
